This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are stunning, spacious, and modern, with charming décor. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. The location is convenient, with a train station just a few minutes' walk away, providing easy access to the city center and Frankfurt airport. The breakfast is lovely and the rooms have kitchen facilities, making it a comfortable and convenient stay.

The decorations and Christmas lights were charming, and there was a cozy atmosphere in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we had a question about the area, and we enjoyed the hot cocoa that was offered in the lobby. The location was great, as it was close to many shops and restaurants and within walking distance to a train station.

The room itself was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably with our luggage. The heating system was inconsistent, with some rooms being too warm and others too cold. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected with family and friends during the holiday season. we were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.

The apartment's location was quite practical for getting to the city center and it had a good view of the surroundings from the balcony. the bed was comfy enough to take a nap and the cleaning staff was super friendly and efficient.

The heating system in the apartment was totally broken and didn't work at all. We had to spend Christmas with no heat in the middle of winter!

The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. The attention to detail in the design of the rooms is impressive, with a cute and professional look. The location is also a major advantage, as it is close to both the train station and the town center, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is conveniently situated close to a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. the area is calm and peaceful despite being near a train station or airport, making it great for a restful night's sleep. the rooms are immaculately clean and well-stocked for a basic self-catering stay, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout the stay.

One minor downside is that breakfast was served a little later than desired, making for a late start to the day while travelling.
